This strategic move expands Barre3’s global presence to 185 studios, significantly growing its footprint from its Portland origins in 2008. Barre3 has studios coast-to-coast in the U.S., along with locations in Canada and the Philippines.

The acquisition will see The Barre Code studios transform into Barre3-branded facilities over the next few months, with planned upgrades and class offerings. Additionally, the 220 instructors from The Barre Code will undergo Barre3 training to ensure a seamless transition.

Both businesses share an inclusive approach to fitness and wellness. Sadie Lincoln, Barre3’s CEO and co-founder, founded the concept to create a workout not tied to physical ideals, which resonates with the mission of The Barre Code. Barre3 has expanded its franchise offerings through in-studio experiences, on-demand workouts, retail ventures, and more.
